VemoZyme® F

The latest generation of thermostable phytase

VemoZyme® F is a foremost enzyme product which is developed for enhancing phosphorus phytate utilization and better feed conversion. Its naturally thermostable 6-phytase enzyme guarantees high activity even in the case of high temperatures.

Why VemoZyme® F?

This cutting-edge enzyme product maintains functionality even during high-temperature feed processing, ensuring consistent performance. By enhancing phosphorus availability and nutrient absorption, VemoZyme® F promotes optimal animal growth and health.

Economical and effective, it reduces the need for inorganic phosphorus, cutting feed costs.

Trust VemoZyme® F for improved feed conversion rates and superior animal performance—proven by research and practical experience.

  1. Ensures enzyme stability during high-temperature feed processing.
  2. Enhances phosphorus availability, improving nutrient digestibility and absorption.
  3. Promotes better animal growth and health through enhanced nutrient utilization.
  4. Reduces the need for phosphorus supplementation, lowering feed costs.
  5. Improves FCR, leading to better animal performance.

GREAT ADVANTAGE OVER THE MAJOR COATED THERMOSTABLE PHYTASES:

  • Starts working immediately after ingesting (no dissolution involved);
  • Extends the active time of the enzyme;
  • Shows better effect per unit enzyme activity;
  • Higher and prolonged activity;
  • Thermostable up to 95°C;
  • Stable in the  low pH environment in the stomach;
  • Active in a wide pH range, throughout the animal’s GI tract;
  • More advanced solution to the problem with enzyme stability during feed processing.

VS.

COATED PHYTASES:

  • Slower release kinetics;
  • Need time to break out of the coating and start working.

Most phytase products are thermosensitive, therefore they lose their activity during heat treatment. VemoZyme® F shows almost 2 times better recovery after pelleting in comparison to other popular phytase products.

VemoZyme® F 5000

  • 100-150 g/t feed for pigs and poultry (500 – 750 U/kg);
  • 60-90 g/t feed for laying hens (300 – 450 U/kg).

VemoZyme® F 10000

  • 50-75 g/t feed for pigs and poultry (500 – 750 U/kg);
  • 30-45 g/t feed for laying hens (300 – 450 U/kg).

INCREASES ↑

  • Phosphorus phytate utilization rate of feed by 40%~60%;
  • Тhe absorption and utilization of Ca2+, Mg2+, Zn2+, Cu2+, Mn2+, Fe2+, K+;
  • The utilization rate of proteins, amino acids, starch and lipids in the feed;
  • Eggshell thickness, density, strength and weight.

DECREASES ↓

  • Тhe addition of inorganic phosphorus by 6-8 kg per ton feed;
  • Тhe phosphorus content in the excreta and the environmental pollution;
  • The feed cost.

With VemoZyme® F the phosphorus is never wasted!

Figure 1. VemoZyme® F in pig feed

  • Control – diet according to NRC nutrition standard
  • Control + VemoZyme F – Control group diet with added VemoZyme F to substitute 75% inorganic phosphorus

The trial results show a significant increase in pigs’ weight gain and a decrease in the phosphorus level in feces, as well as an improved FCR when VemoZyme F is added to the feed.

Figure 2. VemoZyme® F in poultry feed

  • Positive control – Combined feed balanced to utilizable phosphorus
  • Positive control + VemoZyme F (500 U/kg) – PC + minimum recommended dose of Vemozyme F – 500 U/kg
  • Positive control + VemoZyme F (750 U/kg) – PC + maximum recommended dose of Vemozyme F – 750 U/kg

There is a better feed utilization by 2.3% and 4.8% with the addition of 500 and 750U/kg feed respectively, compared with the control group. In all groups with the addition of VemoZyme® F there was lower phosphorus content in the excreta, compared with the control group.

VemoZyme® F brings you:

  • Reduction of dicalcium phosphate in the compound feed by 44%;
  • Lower phosphorus content in the excreta*;
  • Decreased cost of compound feed by about 4%**.
