VemoZyme® F NTP

The latest generation of  intrinsically thermostable 6-phytase

Optimal

Effective

Economical

Why VemoZyme® F NTP?

Unlike traditional phytase products, VemoZyme® F NTP  eliminates  the need for higher dosages, delivering nearly double the recovery rate after pelleting. This ensures enhanced protein and amino acid digestibility, better feed conversion rates, and increased phosphorus and mineral utilization.

Its fast-acting, coating-free formulation starts working immediately in the gut, providing prolonged activity across a broad pH range.

VemoZyme® F NTP not only enhances animal performance and health but also reduces feed costs and environmental pollution, making it an optimal, economical, and ecological choice for modern animal nutrition.

  1. Maintains enzyme activity up to 95°C during feed processing.
  2. Reduces the need for higher dosages, with excellent recovery rates after pelleting.
  3. Enhances protein and amino acid digestibility and phosphorous bioavailability.
  4. Improves feed conversion ratio (FCR), increasing nutrient utilization and animal weight gain
  5. Boosts overall animal performance and health.
  6. Lowers feed costs and reduces environmental pollution.
  • HIGHLY HEAT-STABLE
    • Stable activity during:
      • storage;
      • homogenization;
      • granulation.
  •  NO DISSOLUTION TIME
  •  NO COATING
  •  No undesirable side effects of the coating.

GREAT ADVANTAGE OVER THE MAJOR COATED THERMOSTABLE PHYTASES:

  • Starts working immediately after ingesting (no dissolution involved);
  • Extends the active time of the enzyme;
  • Shows better effect per unit enzyme activity;
  • Higher and prolonged activity;
  • Thermostable up to 95°C;
  • Stable in low pH environment in the stomach;
  • Active in a wide pH range, throughout the animal’s GI tract;
  • More advanced solution to the problem with enzyme stability during feed processing.

VS.

COATED PHYTASE:

  • Slower release kinetics;
  • Need time to break out of the coating and start working.

VemoZyme® F 5000 NTP:

  • 100-150 g/t for pigs and poultry (500 – 750 U/kg);
  • 60-90 g/t feed for laying hens (300 – 450 U/kg).

VemoZyme® F 10000 NTP

  • 50-75 g/t feed for pigs and poultry (500 – 750 U/kg);
  • 30-45 g/t feed for laying hens (300 – 450 U/kg).

INCREASES ↑

  • Phosphorus phytate utilization rate of feed by 40%~60%;
  • Тhe absorption and utilization of Ca2+, Mg2+, Zn2+, Cu2+, Mn2+, Fe2+, K+;
  • The utilization rate of proteins, amino acids, starch, and lipids in the feed;
  • Eggshell thickness, density, strength,h and weight.

DECREASES ↓

  • Тhe addition of inorganic phosphorus by 6-8 kg per ton feed;
  • Тhe phosphorus content in the excreta and the environmental pollution;
  • The feed cost.

Prolonged gut activity

Works best in acidic environment;  Resistant to pepsin and pancreatin
