VemoZyme® MP

Multienzyme complex (protease, mannanase and NSP enzymes) with broad scope of action
Synergy redefined

One of the most versatile multienzyme complexes currently on the market, which contains protease, mannanase, xylanase, β-glucanase, cellulase, amylase, lipase, pectinase, ɑ-galactosidase, keratinase.

  • Maximum NSP breakdown;
  • Prebiotic effect;
  • Maximum energy released;
  • Wide pH range of activity;
  • Savings on feed costs;
  • Lower feed consumption;
  • Enhanced growth;
  • Improved animal immunity.
Why VemoZyme® MP?

VemoZyme® MP, the advanced synergistic complex, is designed to optimize feed efficiency by enhancing the digestibility of proteins, carbohydrates, and fats. This leads to superior nutrient absorption and significantly improved feed conversion ratios (FCR), resulting in healthier, more productive livestock. The product also offers substantial cost savings by enabling the use of more economical, fiber-rich feed ingredients and reducing overall feed consumption.

The synergistic action of protease, mannanase, and NSP enzymes within VemoZyme® MP minimizes harmful fermentation, improves gut health, and strengthens immune responses, making it an essential solution for livestock farmers seeking both economic and biological advantages. This micro-granulated, thermostable product improves feed’s metabolizable energy by 3-5%, supports gut health, and boosts animal performance, all while facilitating cost-effective feed formulations. VemoZyme® MP is the key to unlocking the full potential of your feed, driving both profitability and animal well-being.

  • Poor protein digestibility: Monogastrics often leave 10-20% of protein undigested, leading to harmful hindgut fermentation. Our protease enzymes enhance protein breakdown, reducing waste and improving health.
  • Nutrient encapsulation by mannan: Mannan can bind nutrients, making them difficult to digest. Mannanase enzymes break down these barriers, enhancing nutrient availability.
  • High feed costs: Rising protein feed prices strain budgets. Our multienzyme complex allows the inclusion of rich in fibers and non-starch polysaccharides (celluloses, hemicelluloses, xylans, arabans) more cost-effective feed materials – wheat, barley, maize, oats, triticale, wheat bran, sunflower groats and expeller, alfalfa flour-  without compromising nutrition.
  • Gut health issues: Poor digestion and harmful fermentation can damage the gut lining and lead to diseases. Our product improves gut health and reduces pathogenic bacterial growth.
  • Feed conversion efficiency: Inefficient nutrient absorption leads to higher feed consumption. Our enzymes improve feed conversion ratios, reducing overall feed intake and costs.
  • Animal immune support: Stress and poor nutrition weaken the immune system. Our enzyme mix boosts immunity and overall animal health.

It increases dietary protein hydrolysis and thus enables improved nitrogen utilization. When animals utilize nitrogen better, it is possible to decrease the protein content in the diet.

Adding protease to high protein diets improves animal performance by 20% on average. These results can be credited to higher digestibility and also to less protein fermentation, which in turn leads to healthier gut and better nutrient uptake.

Mannans are polymers found on the cell surfaces of pathogens, parasites, and viruses, triggering an innate immune response in animals that can be energetically costly. VemoZyme® MP neutralizes the anti-nutritional effects of mannans, which are prevalent in many plant-based feed ingredients. The mannanase enzyme in VemoZyme® MP is specifically formulated to degrade mannans, thereby improving nutrient utilization and reducing unnecessary immune responses.

The NSP complex in VemoZyme® MP allows for more diverse and cost-effective feed formulations by enabling the inclusion of fiber-rich, non-starch polysaccharides (NSPs) such as celluloses, hemicelluloses, xylans, and arabans. This flexibility permits the use of more cost-effective feed materials like wheat, barley, maize, oats, triticale, wheat bran, sunflower groats and expeller, and alfalfa flour.

VemoZyme® MP is applied at a dose of 100 g/t feed for layers, broilers and swine.

Figure 1. VemoZyme® MP in broilers feed

  • Positive control: Combined feed for broiler chickens: starter and grower
  • Negative control: Combined feed for broiler chickens: starter and grower with reduced 5% crude protein and amino acids
  • NC + Product X
  • NC + Product Y
  • NC + 100 g/t VemoZyme® MP

The addition of VemoZyme® MP to the feed results in 10% higher live weight, 7.7% lower FCR, and decreased feed intake.

It also:

  • Helps improve intestinal tract stability;
  • Stimulates the immune system in young birds;
  • Provides for uniformity in the bird flock;
  • Reduces fecal water content and thereby improves litter quality;
  • Reduces the cases of pododermatitis;
  • Increases the utilization of carbohydrates and other chelated nutrients of feed and compensates the lower metabolizable energy.

Figure 2. VemoZyme® MP effect in crude protein deficient diets of broilers

  • NC – Basic diet with reduced crude protein by 5%
  • NC + VemoZyme® MP – Basic diet with reduced crude protein by 5% + 100 g/t  VemoZyme® MP

This study shows that VemoZyme® MP is performing better than the negative control with 5% reduction in crude protein and results in 4.06% increase in ADGW.
